My manager wants me to switch to full time, am I stupid for not wanting it? I'm 24f and an ultrasound technologist. I graduated this year and have been working a per diem ultrasound position for 2 months. I love the job and I have been getting full time hours (sometimes overtime if I feel like it) because they are understaffed.
