Is tubing mascara good for sensetive eyes? What is a good drugstore tubing mascara? Is milani worth it ? Or is thet tarte mini an better investment. Im very happy with my waterproof maybelline as i use it top/bottom ,but i am nervous it will not work one day. Ive used so many mascaras and now only one works .
