Setting makeup with powder and spray without mattifying or making it dewy l? Ok, so I want to maintain a satin finish which is a combination of dewy and matte but i don't know how. Also, How can you use the one size setting spray by patrick starr without mattifying your base 😢? Because i really want my makeup to be waterproof.
