Makeup tips for oily eyelids. I can't seem to find any eyeliner or shadow that stays put for more than an hour or 2 before it starts melting. I've tried a couple of different primers, tried not putting moisturizer on my lids, tried setting spray and powder, tried waterproof liners, but nothing seems to stay put. Are there products out there that actually work?
