Can you still haggle when buying a used car?
Can you still haggle when buying a used car? I've heard stories from friends and relatives who have had to pay more than MSRP for new cars in the past few years given the car shortage. There's a used car I'm looking to buy. Can I still haggle or is the car shortage making haggling pointless?
