How does one achieve this look?
How does one achieve this look? Came across a photographer on Instagram and really like the mood of his photos and was wondering how does he achieve this glowy soft effect. I'm guessing it's a combination of low shutter speed, some pro mist filter and probably a touch of out of focus?
