$10k raise workout benefits, or stay at the same salary but with benefits? I'm currently making $55k/yr. Today my boss told me I can expect a $10k raise in the next month, but I'm having my doubts if that's enough. Where I work doesn't offer much in terms of benefits (startup), but I get some flexibility in my schedule so it's been okay while adjusting to life as a new parent. I can't help but feel a little disappoint...
