Is this what Too Faced Brow Wig is supposed to look like? Maybe this is a stupid question, but I’ve bought several other brands of brow gel/mascara before, and I’ve never seen one full of what looks like hair. I bought it on a whim at Marshall’s. Is that what it’s supposed to look like or did I stumble across something really horrifying?
