Just got married, taxes My husband makes ~110,000 a year and I make ~43,000 a year. We just bought a house. Mortgage is $2400 a month. We’ve gone 50-50 on down payment and monthly payments. My student loans are much lower than his but I have ~10,000 more in debt. We’ll have a child next year. Should we file separately or joint? Thanks.
