Is this SEP IRA too good to be true? Employer gives 15% of salary into account every year? My wife got a new job at a non-profit and they give a SEP IRA to every employee (along with a 401k 5% match). The Board of Directors votes a contribution amount 0%-15%, but every year aside from 2020 they have voted 15% for the SEP. Are there any drawbacks I should be aware of or is this truly a great benefit? Edit: it’s a 403b and they do not ...
