Putting liquid liner on feels like trying to paint a scrotum. Anyone have tips for smooth, crisp lines? Basically the title. My eyelids are so loose and wrinkly literally like a ballsack, I can never get a crisp or completely filled in area. It’s always shaky and patchy. I can almost get there by using my other hand, closing my eye, and pulling my eyelid and skin around my eye so it’s flat and smooth, but that seems ridiculous and unhealthy to do ...
