Can a company force you to use PTO for the friday after thanksgiving? Saying that you are not needed that day?
Can a company force you to use PTO for the friday after thanksgiving? Saying that you are not needed that day? I wouldn't mind normally but I'm trying to save for a trip. The workplace as a whole is open. Even if it was closed, you would think they would have to absorb the PTO, not the employee?
