layer regular mascara on top of tubing mascara? has anyone tried this before? the problem with most tubing mascaras is that they seem to give off more of a natural lash effect than a false lash effect. If I layer a regular volumising mascara on top of my tubing mascara, can I expect it to still come off in tubes? I dont want to compromise on length and volume, but I also want my mascara to ...
