Do I need to get a freelance Graphic Designer to sign a legal agreement before they create label and product packaging designs for me? When I got my Logo created by a freelancer, my attorney gave me a doc for them to sign prior to working with them to state we have the full rights to the logo etc, etc. If I contact a freelancer (probably someone entirely new) to create labels and product packaging for my products, should I get them to sign something similar before I move forwar...
