Took advice and filed for LLC in Wyoming but live in different state. Unsure of next step
Took advice and filed for LLC in Wyoming but live in different state. Unsure of next step I took a friends advice and formed my LLC in Wyoming on incfile. I want to create a business bank account but they are requiring a Foreign Entity process. In my state I cannot domesticate so I have to either do a foreign Entity or dissolve the LLC and reform it in my state. Really unsure of next best step and what to do.
