Dental office billing me for the other 60% of dental work 4 months later after they told me insurance would be covering this. Am I obligated to pay? I was told by my dentist I needed a mouth guard as a heavy grinder if I wanted to avoid losing teeth. They told me insurance would cover 60% and billed me accordingly on June 2nd, 2023.
