Is this too light for me I bought the smashbox halo tinted moisturiser in the shade light neutral. After applying I felt that it is a bit lighter than my neck. But I’m confused (I’ve got mixed reviews when asked friends). If it’s lighter, then is there any way to use it without wasting.
