Utah ambulance bill of over $1200 (after insurance paid $600). Ambulance is out of network Am I boned? About 3 months ago my wife had a medical emergency, and we took am ambulance to the hospital. Recently we received the bill, and the ambulance we had no options to choose from was out of network. Is there anything we can do to either reduce this bill, or get insurance to pay more?
