Buying Vacation days, whats the point?
Buying Vacation days, whats the point? So I can "Buy" up to 5 vacation days at a cost of $1.692.36 a year. Biweekly, I net about $2,300-$2,400 in pay. I can already book unpaid time off, I did so already without buying vacation days (started in the middle of the year, so I had less PTO and needed an extra week.) Is there some hidden benefit I'm missing?
