Who was the first popular masked musician?
Who was the first popular masked musician? My wife and I saw a kid dressed up as (dj) Marshmello for Halloween, with the giant full head mask. She asked me who that was and I said somebody that ripped off Deadmaus. And then she countered with Daft Punk. Before then I can only think of Buckethead. Does anybody else know of other fully masked musicians from before the 80s to 90s?
