What should I do with my savings ? Hi I’m a 23 year old male . I work as a plumber. I have accrued about 30k in my savings , have about 10k in cash , and another 9 in a few brokerage accounts. I don’t have any retirement set up, I have one property that is a duplex that is rented on both sides. I don’t have any debts or loans wondering what the next step for me would be?
