Can I do Douyin Makeup if I’m not Asian? I’m Caucasian. I really like the doll-like and glossy effect of the makeup. I have really small eyes, and I want to make them look bigger with some Douyin makeup, but I keep getting called an Asian-fisher and made fun for “wanting to be Asian”.
