How to stop mascara from smudging under eyes??
How to stop mascara from smudging under eyes?? I’ve run out of ideas. I’ve tried waterproof and tubing mascaras, and they haven’t helped. I’d rather not have to powder, because it dries out my under eyes. Any ideas? Or if you have a mascara you swear by for this purpose please let me know. Thank you!
