The livingroom (5.4×3.9) in the new flat is going to be a space for the sofa (1.5m long), pc table (1.6×0.8m) and dinning table+four chairs (1.15×0.7m). The first pic. is the layout we are thinking, but would like to have more ideas that we can do differently, if possible :p
