Worried interest rates won’t budge
Worried interest rates won’t budge We are building a house and it’s projected to be completed in March of 2024. Which means we will get our final rate and open our mortgage in Feb/March 2024. When we started this process, rates were 6.4% for us and when we signed they were 7.5% and now they’re 8.3%. We can afford an 8.3% interest rate, albeit a little uncomfortably….. but my god...
