Is there a limit to how many times my mortgage can be sold? It's like musical chairs. I've had my mortgage for about 14 years. I think I've had about 14 financial institutions own my loan since then -- perhaps a slight exaggeration, but not much. At one point it went full circle and Wells Fargo, which owned it a few owners prior, bought it again after a few different owners. I am almost having trouble keeping track of the docume...
