Elaborate "Missing Mail" Fraud Sold a 7k item, tracking states "delivered", "Picked up" in different state next day, bounce around until UPS "desposed" it. Customer says he didn't receive, I thought it was a false delivery scan followed by UPS loosing it, refunded him. Now shipping insurence (UPS Capital) won't cover it stating it was delivered. Claiming to have GPS location...
