Why don’t hotels in Europe use a top sheet under the duvet?
Why don't hotels in Europe use a top sheet under the duvet? I've seen far too many TV shows about how dirty hotel duvets can be, even if you can't see it. I find that even the nice hotels in Europe don't use a top sheet, which I find kind of gross. Why?
