How to adjust job offers based on cost of living? My brother has two job offers he's trying to pick from:
Denver, CO: $75k Total Comp Redmond, WA: $93k Total Comp
How do we adjust them to compare the two offers in terms of purchasing power? Online calculators like at NerdWallet, etc. seem to be a little off versus what we'd expect.
