Should I sell my 2.25% house.. In CA, and have a 450k mortgage at 2.25%.. paid down to 400k, based on similar floorplans and comps selling in my community it’s worth ~$615k.. my work wants me to relocate, which I’m open to but I don’t know what to do with my house..
