Endicia, anyone know how to file a claim for a package that says "Delivered" I have a customer who claims his order never arrived but the package says delivered. It was shipped via Endica UPS Saver which is UPS Smartpost and was supposedly delivered by the local post office. Before having endicia I could file a claim even if a package said delivered but now I'm not shown that option (I didn't pay for the extra insurance ...
