I was contacted by a recruiter for a job that they were saying was a 30-40% increase from my current pay so I went to the interview not expecting much but they actually offered me the job. This going from 60k to 85k so I feel like it’s an opportunity I can’t pass up. When I put in my 2 weeks my boss wanted to know what it would take to keep me....
