Why does my makeup sit like this even after exfoliating, moisturiser?! I was wondering if anyone would help advise me on what I'm doing wrong! I can't seem to not make my makeup look textured and dry. I have combo dehydrated skin and use hydrating serums at night with a barrier repair moisturiser.
