Liquid eyeliner with a flexible but firm tip? I’m getting back into the game and had to throw out a lot of my old cosmetics due to age, so all I’m left with in this department is the Catrice Tattoo Liner. It’s okay but the tip is really soft and makes precise lines difficult. Please recommend your favorites, preferably waterproof! PS. I’m in Europe, so some local brands might not be feasib...
