Elf putty primer/cc camo combo?
Elf putty primer/cc camo combo? Hi all, any help would be appreciated. I recently bought the elf liquid putty primer and cc camo cream. I’ve noticed the foundation seems to smear very easily still. I do not have oily skin. I’m debating exchanging the liquid putty primer with the power grip, does anyone know if this will help the issue? Thank you!
