Smudge proof mascara
Smudge proof mascara I have a tendency to close my eyes really hard, and every mascara I’ve tried (waterproof and smudge proof) tends to smudge. It’s probably because it’s in contact with skin oils and sunscreen, but is there a mascara that doesn’t smudge or hacks?
