How do you manage reviews for multiple locations?

How do you manage reviews for multiple locations? If you own multiple properties, you have to manage multiple platforms (Yelp, Expedia, Google, Tripadvisor). Do you try to stay on top of it all? From my talks with customers i've learned this is a pain point, but I would like the community's feedback.
