Expedia Credit? Delta/Expedia Flight Changes Hi All, I currently have a booking via Expedia (Delta) for LHR - LAX (2 Adults and 1 Lap Infant). Annoyingly for whatever reason, expedia cannot make a change to change the lap infant to an infant in seat. Its against policy? Unsure why but ok. Either way, we're in a position now where 8 months on from when we booked, a lap infant really isnt id...
