How do I really apply false eyelashes?
How do I really apply false eyelashes? I have always put them over my lash line. Recently 2 people have said I should apply them under my lashes. So how do you do it? And if you do the underneath, how to apply myself. Thanks lovelies, any thoughts are appreciated! Picture for reference.
