How to make my makeup more intense or noticable?? Dyed my hair back to my natural colour from black and my old makeup routine does’t seem to work for me anymore.. I take about an hour every morning to do my makeup but find it makes me look practically the same as with no makeup; need advice on how to make it look more intense or visible? Last pic is no makeup
