Can I use foundation with SPF as a sunscreen?
Can I use foundation with SPF as a sunscreen? I would usually use sunscreen under my foundation, but I read that you’re supposed to re-apply the sunscreen every few hours as the SPF will wear out(?) but I can’t re-apply sunscreen over my foundation though, so would foundation with SPF be a better option? Also, any good foundation with SPF recommendation? Oily and sensitive acne prone skin ...
