My parents claim I have enough to get a condo and should do so instead of continuing to rent, what do you all think? First and foremost, the options are continuing to rent an apartment downtown or buy a condo downtown. I have no desire to rent a duplex or buy a house at this point in my life ( single 25 year old male). I also live in the midwest if thats helpful. Relevant info:
