30 year fixed Vs 7 year ARM? I’m buying a new home with the option of a 30 year fixed interest at 7.35% or a 7 year ARM with a interest set at 6.5%. The price if the home is $841k and I’m putting 20% down. What is everyone’s thoughts between the two options?
