How do we feel about eye shadow primer?
How do we feel about eye shadow primer? I’ve had a love hate relationship with these. I do notice a huge difference in staying power and richer pigment, but do y’all achieve that with foundation or concealer? Seems like most pros don’t use them. Haaaaalp!
