Tips on editing photos taken in overcast skies? Went foliage hunting this weekend and was very excited to edit the photos. Loaded them in Lightroom, and was pretty disappointed. The photos were flat. When exposed for the sky, the parts in the shadow were too dark. When exposed for the trees, the sky was overexposed. When trying to pull both sides closer, the resulting image looks even flatter...
