Are compacts still worth it vs smartphone cameras? Was thinking of getting a Ricoh GR III but looking at the price (1.6K+ where I live) I’m not sure if it’s worth it. I would most probably be using it for travel only and what drew me into the Ricoh in the first place was it’s portability and ability to apply film simulations.
