Can a gym really send me to collections for a membership I never agreed to? Up until a couple months ago, I had a membership at Gym #1. It was a $10/month, cancel any time membership, not a 12-month or 6-month contract. A couple of months ago, they went out of business, so I signed up for a membership at Gym #2.
