I have $50K in a checking account and just closed on a home. What should I do with the money?
I have $50K in a checking account and just closed on a home. What should I do with the money? I have about $420k left to pay on new home, doing a 30 yr mortgage. Should I dump 40k on the mortgage or use that money and do a high yield savings? I already have about $100k in stocks+Roth IRA on TD Ameritrade and $50k on 401k.
