Cheapest biggest city in the Americas?
Cheapest biggest city in the Americas? I've been researching and it seems Buenos Aires and Mexico City are the top choices. I want to spend around 3 or 4 weeks in a big city. But not having to limit myself. I'm on a tight budget. Any other advise regarding USA cities?
