How can I make my makeup more bold? I’m new to makeup and just started to learn how to do my eyeliner. However it feels a bit too plain, is there any advice on what I can add to have things more noticeable? Currently I have on just Nyx black eyeliner, Maybelline matte/poreless face powder, and a brand less drugstore mascara
